Geoff Barrowcliffe Defender (67-69) Previously with Ilkeston Town and Derby County. In his fourteen years at Derby he made 475 League appearances, scoring 37 goals, many from the penalty spot. He started his footballing career as a part-time professional, training in the evenings after a long day down the pit. He played for Derby against Boston in the FA Cup game in 55/6. Later played for Heanor Town, Moor Green Colliery, Kimberley Town and Long Eaton United and managed Kimberley Town and Radford.
