Anyone who hasn't be bothered enough to try, and that could be quite a few. For me, you can make up for a lack of skill with extra effort, and we've got to remember, we play at level 6, not in the Champions League, so players play at this level for any number of reasons, and if they were better or more consistent etc, they would be playing at higher levels. There's one player I've personally been really disappointed with this season, Nat Brown. I appreciate he's been injured, but for me he's disinterested and going through the motions, rather than making an effort to lead the team, and let's not forget he was brought back the leader of his men, and is the experienced pro in our ranks. He looked a good signing based on last year's performances, but then he played in a much better team. This year when we badly need him to step up and lead, he simply hasn't done it for me. I know there'll be plenty who disagree, but for me, he's got his contract and is now not bothered on the field. He's not a leader, and he's past it. He should be the rock around we build our defense, but far from it, he's just another hole to run past.

Most have the same thoughts on NB .   Went pear shape with his pre-season injury,  the result of a bad tackle ,  maybe one injury too far at his age and he realises it .   I would think AM will have this sorted by the AFC Man U match thus eliminating them the expense   of hiring a cricket scoreboard for the game . :)

Maguire is an interesting one, people say he was excellent for Nuneaton last season (as captain) and we essentially had to pay a fee to get him. Hopefully Adam can help get the best out of him.

Was tried in midfield by DG but maybe not as effective as that bloke who went  to Halifax, and scored that Cup goal a few days back .
Chairman and most of patter wanted a boss with ' excellent local(ish)  connections '.
I expect this to be utilised ASAP .

Totally agree with TTT regarding Nat Brown. He hasn't impressed me with his work rate. Should be leading the youngsters in terms of 100% effort and not give up when the opposition get the better of him which has happened too frequently.  We need someone like Pidge who ran until he dropped even after sustaining head injuries.

Here is my list of those in my opinion should go.
StJuste, no end product has to beat the same player numerous times before he crosses the ball.
Brown, taking the money only.
Wildin, not good or strong enough.
All the on loan defenders, except the Irish lad.

Not Sure on but probably could improve under Adam.
Maguire
Fairhurst
Hilliard
Emery

That's my selection.

I would just keep the following:

Smith
Rollins
Agnew
Clarke
Roberts
Hilliard
Marshall

The rest can go.

Agree with tipps on players to keep.
1st signings of many for me would be 2 dominant centre half's and a keeper.

Looking likely Taylor Miles loan will be extended .

No Colley tonight although it was on O/S earlier that he would be playing .   Have we seen the last of him ?

Taylor Miles scored a hat trick against us tonight in the u-21 game! So, has he gone back?
