How many more player do we need?

Twelve now on the squad page plus almost certain that Reynolds is signing making thirteen.

We are all aware that the budget is not a bottomless pit so how many player can we expect to sign? for me we still need:

Another 'keeper.
An attacking CM who can create chances
A quick forward to replace Miller
A left footed midfielder - Greene has said that he wants to play 442.

I expect the above to happen although some may be loan deals from league clubs. Wouldn't mind seeing either of Dixon or Agnew back on loan. Vince could yet be the answer between the sticks and was impressive last season when involved. Replacing Miller is a huge challenge for Greene but one that must be met if we are to finish top 5, maybe a loan deal for a young forward could be the answer ala Defoe at Bournemouth or Gayle at Bishop Stortford.

So Southwell is not going to meet the challenge of replacing Ricky Miller.?

Paul Hurst described Southwell as the best finisher at the club... just needs games, and should get that now.

Jack Barlow is an ex grimsby player just released by hull. I think they paid 150k for him. Not sure he is a striker though??

I believe there have been signings over the last week or so but for reasons beyond my comprehension they have been kept under wraps. Perhaps DG will be able to explain at next Thursdays fans forum.

Speaking of the forum, I know these are always well attended but there are fans who cannot get there and I think it would be a good idea if those fans could put questions they would like asking on here. The manager does read this forum and maybe could address some of these in an opening statement. Or anyone attending could ask them on your behalf, I would certainly be willing to list them and ask or hand over the list for answers. The same goes for questions and queries regarding the Quadrant. This is a chance for everyone on here and I will do my best.

The article in the Scarborough News was dated 31/1/2014 and refers to Barlow being on loan to the end of the season - there is no mention of him currently on their official site.
