Funny how we look so much more settled with Lee Canoville back in the side.

Note to the management; a little experience makes all the difference.

Well what a brilliant result today. Where on earth did that performance come from ? It just goes to show what the players can do when they all work together. I can't fault anyone of the lads today, they've all done themselves proud. Now the home curse has been lifted in style, lets hope more of this is to come in the following home fixtures.
Wheres all the positive reports from the match ? Where's all the moaners hiding then ?
Well done again lads - you've made my day beating the table toppers in such a comfortable way too.
C'mon you yellows !

Did well to get themselves up for it, season being over and all.  ;)

From what I've seen we're miles better when Davidson is in the team.

At last-a home league win.Now that monkey is of our backs let's hope we can kick on from here.Top performance in which everyone played their part.No weak links at all today.Still think we could do with another striker, but reading David Newtons programme notes we probably can't afford the ones we've got.

Chuffed to bits with the result but somewhat distubed by other matters that I thought were being put behind us.

Why oh why does something always have to put a dampner on what was a fantastic result.

This league is nuts and well within reach of anyone in the top half to win.

1259   Boston United   3   v   0   Ashton United      FT
135   Durham City    0   v   5   Worksop Town      FT
897   Kings Lynn   5   v   1   Matlock Town      FT
603   Nantwich Town   4   v   2   North Ferriby United   FT
163   Ossett Town   1   v   2   Retford United      FT
332   Whitby Town   1   v   0   Marine                    FT

Vera Lynn look like they are starting to hit a bit of form

So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

Best performance in many months, the team almost looked relaxed,

Me and my mate think Woods was MOTM thats how crazy a result it was.

Would have to agree with all that has been said here. We looked solid at the back and I thought Woody had one of his best games for us. I also thought Jamie Yates gave us something extra today , he is obviously getting more match fit. Lets hope there is more to come :)

Awesome.

Evans looked calm and assured.

Defence was excellent - even Woody, who I believed has been our weakest link so far this season.

Midfield worked hard and never let theirs settle on the ball.

Strikers full of running and battling quality. Terrific display from Davidson.

Keep it up lads.  Can't wait for Tuesday night now.

Played well today and now only 5 points off the top, not bad for a team who's season is over...

Personally think we've played better this season away at Guiseley and BPA to name 2 off the top of my head but was probably our best performance at home (although against Hucknall was probably just as good result aside). Don't think we created more chances than we have been but where more clinical.

Still a long way to go and I'm sure there'll be many more ups and downs, let's hope fans are a bit more tolerant when we have our next sticky patch as this management team will get the club success if they are allowed the time.
