Tash ,Fancy a manager who signed Kern Miller and Gary King  ?.

Believe it or not one of the reasons for the turnaround in our fortunes is Kern Miller. He has been outstanding for us, ever since he joined we have been much more defensively sound.

As for Gary King, the least said the better. However, I do think SC has made worse signings for us!  :o

As for your next manager how about Dennis Greene?

Thanks for all your hard work Jason.

The Chestnuts need to look around and see who's doing well with a small budget, much like S&H were doing with Ilkeston.

Try and get Simon Clarke from Worksop (sorry Finchley)

If you had said that 3 months ago most Worksop fans would have driven SC to Boston to sign a contract with you as most were calling for him to be sacked!

I have to admit, if we want our managers to at least acknowledge the support we give ther team, Clarke would be bottom of any list. Like Chuck Martini he has, certainly from the touch line the foulest of mouths, and whilst admitting he has turned things around slightly at Worksop a lot of the the fans still revile him...no,no, no!

From all accounts and honourable guy and a pleasant man as well but all his achievements has come when armed with 'quite substantial budgets' but on the list

Hardly a suprise.
Not done anything amazing
Bound to be the Grantham managers coming in to replace.
The non performers from the team should get the boot as well
Time for people to step up or ship out

Why would we want them? Grantham are lower down in their league than we are in ours!

The Skelmersdale manager had a team of young players playing good football, it's a shame that Skelm is such a long way from Boston.

Whether or not such a person is out there I am not sure, but unless the plan is to bring in an interim manager until the season ends and then make a call, the club needs someone that ideally has Conference nous and more knows a lot of players who will play for less money than they would possibly be expecting...should be an interesting few days thats for sure

First off thanks Jason for what you've done and I'm sorry it didn't work out. Good luck in the future.

As for who we get - well I don't know enough about other teams to suggest anyone but I do think we need someone who has managed before and built a team up (and perhaps can bring some players with him) rather than an ex-player in their first job.

Echo all what John just said there. I've always said Jason was one of the most honest guys I ever saw in a BUFC shirt, its just a shame it didn't work out for him here as a manager, and I wish him well in the future.

Like it or not this is still one of the biggest management jobs outside the Football League, even with the state we're in at present. There will be plenty of quality applicants and I've every reason to believe Dave will make the correct call.

Amazing  ::)

I do seriously echo the comments of John Chapman.  :)
