Not been able to see any of the games myself yet but according to twitter comments Joseph French has been offered a deal.

Miller has spent his short career with several clubs above our level although he has played very few games. Many fans (including myself) wanted to see a couple of experienced defenders and midfielders sign up during pre season. However with a small budget comes a small squad and younger players are more likely to stay fit all season (Church played EVERY game 10/11 in conf norh and Sleath played 53 game 09/10.) 10/11 season when we finished  3rd in Conf north the main difference between the squad then and the squad last year was that we had two quality centre halfs in Pearson and Murphy and two top quality centre midfielders in Sleath and Church who were all 'younger' players. To quote JL (when describing White and Austin at the opposite end of the football age spectrum) 'it doesn't matter about age, if they're good enough, they're good enough.'

The B-Ark.  For Boston fans to talk about anything and everything they want to. Including trolls.

Kern Miller played for us at the end of last season. Many Tigers fans would have been delighted if he had stayed with us this season but he wanted to play at a higher level. In the games he did play for us he certainly looked like he could play at a higher standard than Evo Prem.

Shhhh you're not allowed to talk like that round here.
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

On paper we are putting together a very good squad, the manager now has to gel them into a good team.

This season looks to be very competitive with the likes of FCUM, Hednesford, Fylde, Chorley, Ferriby, etc. all looking to have strong squads. The way some sides have been strengthening it's almost as if they have been waiting for Halifax and Chester to get promoted and now realise there is a two season window before Darlington possibly join us where there is realistically two promotion places available instead of one (the ex league club taking the other)
