Though only shareholders or their proxies are entitled to attend the AGM. No one else will be admitted.

I forgot all about it until you mentioned it. As it's always midweek and I'm in Leeds I usually offer up my place to anyone who is interested to go as my proxy. So if you fancy going next year give me a reminder a couple of weeks before and I'll get it sorted.

You would need the letter giving notice of the meeting and proof of identity.
