Tend to come down the middle on this: yes, on the balance of play we deserved to be at least a goal up, but to say we should have been three or four up is stretching it. That second half was as inert a performance as you'll see - really poor. A draw would probably have been the right result, but that's football - you don't always get what you deserve, and sometimes you get more.

Gloucester seemed a friendly club, anyway. Good luck with the move back home.

Why were your chances more likely to end in goals than ours?
Because they were easy chances, especially Felix. Did you really expect him to miss that? I'm not saying every shot on goal should go in... but Hilliard, Sands and Felix SHOULD have scored.

You scored from 1 easy chance, and missed another (great save from Spiess).

In the first half Lewis Hall, Sam Avery and Joe Parker should've scored.

There you go, 3-3 in imaginary goals :)

I think your side are being a bit too arrogant for your own good.

Good for them. They didn't stick out in my mind as obvious goalscoring chances.

Arrogance in defeat? I'm not sure how that works... we should have scored, because we had the chances to do so - not because we think we're better than you (although the league table tells you that anyway - unless you dispute that too?) and should win by default.

Have a look for yourself. Two of them were on target, unlike the three off target shots which should've put Boston into an unassailable three goal lead :)

Yawn its all its and but, would the outcome have been different if Felix had scored, would GOS of Evan scored if Felix had scored, would Boston of done better if we hadn't got key players out. Thing is every incident in a game changes how it gets played so let's just move on

We would have won if we had scored more than them

It puzzles me that your fans and manager have said you should've been three up before we scored. I've done highlights of the game and we had as many chances as Boston.

It was a good game, we've improved immensely from the first half of the season. If we can keep it up we might score at Boston next year if you're still with us.

Good game it was shite. Right up there with our worse performances

I'm glad someone else understands that.

I heard they were about to sign Mike Symons for the fifth time. He'll boost the scoring if they can get him out of Macdonald's before kick off. He's worth getting excited over - not. Centre halves get the day off with him, he only makes it over half way for the warm up.
