Yeah I read somewhere that the 2 clubs couldn't agree on a mutually acceptable date in October so they are being sent dates for November. In the same article it said the court date for Scott and Hurst has been put back until the new year. I'll try to find the article.

According to Radio Hullberside this morning Boston's legal case against us re S&H will not now be heard until the New Year. (Maybe they're waiting to see if we can claim any compensation from Boston for them)
Also the FA tribunals for Pearson and Church will not be heard until November as the 2 clubs could not agree a mutual date in October. The FA has sent both clubs some suggested dates in November when both clubs will be available to attend.
