Not only are the Socceroos out of the World Cup after a 2-1 victory over Serbia but the Prime Minister, Kevin Rudd, has been defeated in a vote of confidence at Canberra leaving the Deputy, Julia Gillard, voted in as the first woman Prime Minister in the history of Australia, and she was born in Wales......................
