A much better perfomance especially second half.Defended as if their lives depended on it at times,but it's unfair to say we could have lost 5-2 if they had taken their chances-i can think of 3 or 4 times we could have added to our 2 goals.It's true there is still a lot of work to be done,but at least we showed some passion and commitment tonight,and we got that vital first home win.Hopefully that will give the team the confidence to push on from here.

I can't think of a single player brought in to the club since the summer(or brought back in some cases)who would have got into last seasons side and that says it all for me.We lack quality all over the pitch.It's not even as if we have played anyone of any quality.As far as i can see we haven't yet played anyone in the top half of the table yet.God help us when we do....

If Millson was that good he wouldn't be playing Ridgeons League football.
As for Mickey Stones,I'm not a fan-but it is unfair to single him out.Let's face it there were plenty of others out there today who didn't exactly cover themselves in glory.

Utter dross.I can't think of a single positive to take out of todays performance.Couldn't defend properly,couldn't pass and nobody looking likely to score.Many of us had doubts about the quality of the squad,but were prepared to give them a chance.We are now eight games in,and i see no improvement from the first couple of games.This team looks more like a relegation team than one that can challenge at the right end of the table.We lack quality in too many areas.Gates are already down,and there is nothing there to entice the missing 2/300 back.Something has to change-and sooner rather than later.
