Can't add much to what has already been said.Apart from the nightmare journey there for the second successive year 
.I thought Guiseley shaded the first half,while we improved after the break,but both sides only really fashioned a couple of chances on a night where the weather conditions were the real winner.

I thought it was a decent game today.Stalybridge were o.k.They passed it about quite well without ever causing Macca too many problems.I didn't think we were at our best,but i still don't know how we only scored once.I'll take one-nil wins to the end of the season though.

« on: October 14, 2010, 11:46:30 AM »From what i've read on the Stamford forum,Rushden&Diamonds have also been scouting there.Speculation from the Stamford fans suggests they could be looking at Lee Beeson,along with defender Malone and midfielder Callum Reed.Can't see the managers bringing Beeson back.Malone,i know Stamford fans rate as highly as they did Shaun Pearson,Reed i don't know.Any thoughts on those latter two Sparks?.

From what i remember reading at the start of the season they decided to go full time signing young players released from league clubs.The theory being they could be full-tme with young players more cheaply than being part-time with experienced non-league players.They have one or two old heads in their team though,including our ex-players Tim Ryan and Alan White.

According to todays press Justin Edinburgh(Rushden&Diamonds manager)is the new favourite.All speculation at the moment,and i don't think even the Lincoln Directors have a clue what's going on.Personally,i couldn't give a flying f*ck who gets the job managing the Gimps-as long as it's not S&H.
