Why the hell should a Boston fan, who's making the trip to the game tomorrow be in the slightest bit bothered about the other games? Ditto Lincoln fans and fans of the other 4 clubs.

That from the manager of a club who'd gone about 40 games unbeaten until Tuesday at Palace in the cup and who'd not lost in 18 away games. Quite frankly thats nothing short of a slur on the players who'd taken that club so far.

Sleathy also had a good game and showed little effect from his trip to China.
Well done lads and roll on Monday.
Echo your sentiment about Suarez, we do need another forward with quality, Stones MIGHT benefit from coming on for the last 15 or 20 in games but starting with him is not helping him.
Excellent response from the whole team today though, by that I include the management who I am very critical of, but who I will praise when they get things right.
Hopefully Monday will see a continuation of today's form and a return to winning ways at York St.

« on: August 27, 2011, 12:35:04 PM »Probably my favourite Pilgrim during our League stint, a good solid character who was absolute class and who I'm told stood for no shit from McFraud hence his exit from the club after a well deserved Player of the Year accolade......
Last season he and the rest of the Blyth back 4 were undressed, spanked 5 times and sent back north in a brutal mauling.......he's 35 ffs, Austin is 38, Bazza is the same (ish)......what next? Cookie getting the No 9 shirt? Jim Kabia called up for a run?
Nothing surprises me with these two, they have no contacts, its all about giving a few mates a game, this just confirms what I've been saying all summer.
Good luck Whitey, you'll always be a legend to me but please let my last memories of you be the commanding presence in League 2, not another has been in these two clowns shambolic attempt at Football Club management.

« on: August 23, 2011, 10:59:36 PM »On a positive (you know, come on its not that long since there has been one!) Sony Award™ winning BBC broadcaster Scott Dalton (@scottydalton) has just tweeted that Suarez, Wilkinson, Sleath and possibly Dudfield will be available for Saturday.
Add those lot into the starting line up and I'd say its a big step forward - plus if Semple can get himself right thats another step in the right direction.
Not happy clapping, just looking at some realistic positive things for the game(s) ahead.
