The B-Ark / Suggestions for new manager please
« on: October 08, 2011, 04:54:12 PM »
Right, Bazza & White to take over in the interim.

And this time David, do as you say in the advert and appoint someone with experience. You took a chance and it failed with these two.

Surely they can't survive this new low water mark in a season of lows?

I'm with Aggy, I wasn't a fan of it either.......

Mind you, I'm not keen on the banner 'Proud members of BSB North'........I'm not proud for my club to be in such a shit league.....

It just shows how utterly clueless they are.......its like Wee Jock McFraud's revolving door policy all over again.

Good luck to the lad though, its in all our interests he does well.

Good luck to you! It's hard enough to drag myself to York Street to watch a load of rubbish! If the weather stays fine Im hopefully installing my hot tub.

Why do you actually bother posting? I'm not exactly happy with some of the peformances we've seen this season and last night was a kick in the teeth, but for christ sake PIPE DOWN!

You can't help yourself but to make sarcastic comments whenever you can.

How about taking them somewhere where they might find them slightly funny?

But he's only saying what a large majority of the support think.......I'm sure if most had access to a PC they'd be echoing his sentiments.

The B-Ark / Another win on the Super Draw!
« on: October 05, 2011, 06:21:41 PM »
Thats either the 3rd or 4th time I've won now!

I think I won twice in about 10 years of doing the Alphabet Tote......

Get signed up, its about £8 or £10 a month, I don't notice it and it helps the club!

Problem is its a club service and as such it can't be seen to be promoting negative vibes..........perhaps the best way would be to just have Craig's 'commentary' and not the fan interaction.

I've not listened tonight as people have been round but I can imagine what the mood was like. Just think though how dispiriting it must be for Craig to be commentating on that shambles and then have e-mails slagging all and sundry off flying into his inbox.....

It must be like an electronic version of being stood on Spayne Rd!

As predicted the cheap option has turned out to be a costly option.......

Shameful, utterly shameful.

Good luck Mikel! Dissapointed that you didn't get to show us what you can do. Twice the player as Stones but never given a chance!

He had two extended opportunities to show us what he could do.......on both occasions he came up short.

Yeah, me and KoN suffered the same approach when we draped his 'EVANS OUT' banner over some hoarding a few years ago.......... :D

Sympathies mate but people do pay a lot for those boards.

Got mine done......!

Yes it was bloomin' hot, but I'd rather it be like that than freezing cold or blowing a storm!

Was the game any good?

Garden looks great......just waiting for the trees to start shedding their leaves now, thats another great job!

House and garden looks better, had a new boiler put in this week and the mess was horrendous so a days pain for a lot of gain really!

Ya typical huff and puff FA cup tie. They came looking to be tighter than a ducks.... We simply don't have enough to open teams like that up. Ya garden any good?

In fairness I don't think Utd set the prices.....but I'd be interested to see what others clubs at our level are charging........and I'll also guess our gate will be one of the 3 or 4 highest this round.

Bang out of order mate, his life doesn't revolve around BUFC as is the case with me now. If you want to go good on ya, but don't knock those of us on budgets with families.

Can't get a baby sitter anyway.......and with the predicted weather I'll tidy the garden and trim the hedge for the last time this year.

£12 is plenty for this stage of the competition, the FA claim they want to attract people back to the cup games but they set minimum admission prices too high.......I mean its Kidsgrove......if it were Kettering say I'd try a bit harder to find a baby sitter but nah, not for them.

If there's another Sunday stroll I'll be up for that, however if I'm getting sponsorship I'm afraid it'll be for the British Heart Foundation, Not BUFC..........sorry but thats how it is, people will be happy to give for a charity but not the football club, thats the legacy of a few years ago.

I thought it was a good idea but too short notice, how about getting some big name legends (Tex, John McKenna, Dave Adamson, Billy Howells Steve Evans, Howard Wilko, Jim Smith etc) down on a Friday towards the seasons end and doing a meal and Q&A, that would get some interest.......

I'm off to Sheff Utd in a few weeks, if I get any idea's out of their programme I'll let you know but I bet Chalker picks Rooker's brains on a regular basis.

Bring back female mud wrestling in the PL........... :D
